Bucks County's Unique Male A Cappella Chorus
Formed in January, 2005, Cordus Mundi is comprised of members from around the greater Bucks County area. The contingent's charter members come from a variety of area singing groups including the Bucks County Choral Society, Vox Ama Deus, and the Bucks County Motet Singers.
Cordus Mundi's widely varied and entertaining repertoire spans several centuries and musical styles, ranging from Renaissance to Classic Rock, and includes compositions and arrangements by group members.

The Music of Morten Lauridsen at the Philadelphia Episcopal Cathedral
Sunday, April 29, 2012: In a concert featuring the composer as accompanist, Cordus Mundi will appear with Central Bucks West H.S. music ensembles and Joseph Ohrt, conductor. Location: Philadelphia Episcopal Cathedral at 38th and Chestnut Streets. Stay tuned for more news.

Bucks County Commissioners Honor Cordus Mundi
The Bucks County Board of Commissioners recently honored male a cappella group Cordus Mundi with a proclamation declaring Wednesday, May 20, 2009 to be "Cordus Mundi and Performing Arts Appreciation Day" throughout the county. Founded in Bucks County roughly five years ago, Cordus Mundi was honored by the Commissioners for their commitment to volunteerism and musical artistry. In being so honored, Cordus Mundi joins a distinguished group of talented Bucks County luminaries, including James Michener, Pearl S. Buck, and Oscar Hammerstein.

Benefit Concert for WWFM
Cordus Mundi joins other performing artists in Celebrating Our Live Musical Community, a fund-raising concert for WWFM at 4:00 PM on Sunday, June 7, 2009 in the Patriots Theater at the Trenton War Memorial.
